For a large international computer hardware manufacturer, our consultants spearheaded the analysis and development of the functional design specifications and detail design specifications for installation of a world-wide warehouse control system integrated directly with the ERP system.

For a regional distribution company, our principles were responsible for the analysis and development of the design specifications and vendor RFQ specifications, project management, and implementation of new Distribution systems.

For a national utility company, EBI principles were responsible for the analysis and development of the initial design specification and vendor RFQ specifications, project management, and implementation of a new automated Distribution system, including a new computer controlled inventory and Shipment Tracking System to interface directly with the ERP system.

For a large national food chain, EBI principles performed the initial analysis and requirements definition, and managed the system design, development, and implementation of new distributed software systems to support a planned corporate divestiture.

For a large international shoe manufacturer and distributor, EBI performed the analysis, design and development of the project plans and specifications to implement a new warehouse and distribution system, and prepared all of the system design specifications to support the ERP integration.

For a large international manufacturer, EBI performed the analysis, design, development, training and implementation of a new ERP system supporting the integration of 7 acquired companies operating on 6 different technical architectures.
